Coaching for Individual clients
In a nutshell
I am a systemic coach.
As we move through life, our needs and focus points can change. In my coaching, I include elements of lifespan development, an area of psychology considering how adults develop and change throughout their life.
Career and life coaching allows you to focus on what you need right now from your career and how this fits with the rest of your life.
Working with a certified career coach allows you to assess how your career and work life interact with other areas of your life. Has it changed and if so, what changes would be beneficial to you?
Maybe you have the opportunity for a promotion to a managerial or leadership role but feel you need some help to “get ready” for this step up?
Or you want to work on your personal brand as a leader – how do you want others to perceive you? How do you want others to remember you? How do you get the most out of your team?
Maybe you would like to explore a change of career?
Have a brilliant business idea and would like to have coaching to help you setting up your own business?
What are your skills, your strengths, your personality and values and beliefs that influence how you experience the world? What job and occupation would be best suited to that? What is the best culture for you to work in?
OUR life systems
In my experience life and career are entwined and decisions we make in terms of our career development and choice affect other areas of our life.
our work and career system
Our careers provide us with more than an income – we also receive a sense of identity from our work life so disentangling how our work life and our personal life connect and what changes are possible and needed can be part of our coaching work.
