coaching services

Coaching is a forward looking development tool using  evidence based methods from the field of coaching psychology.  It supports in in exploring what changes are needed to bring out the best in you and your teams.

developing your talent pool through coaching

Coaching for high potential employees is becoming increasingly valued by employers to increase employee retention through talent development programmes which focus both on professional and personal growth. Nobody is perfect and coaching provides an opportunity to help your employees to increase their self-awareness of how others may experience them, how they see themselves and what they would their next career step to look like. Supporting your employees to grow personally and professionally will help them to be the best they can be for your business, the team contributions they make and for themselves.

Individual clients

Coaching is defined as been led by you as the coaching client. You are the expert of your life. However, my philosophy is that my own life experience can at times be helpful to you.
When beneficial, I can at times provide mentoring  and sign-posting to allow you to see possible options you may be unaware of.  The ultimate decision which path to follow lies with you. I believe that sharing my experience as CFO/COO, working parent and experienced career changer can at times open up new possible options for consideration.

How does systemic coaching help with the change

In my experience our non-work life and career are entwined and decisions we make in terms of our career development and choice affect other areas of our life. Our careers provide us with more than an income – we also receive a sense of identity from our work life so disentangling how our work life and our personal life connect and what changes are possible and needed can be part of our coaching work.
